Tim & Rachel Endean

Tim and Rachel joined CampsAbroad in 2018 as field representatives, and they are excited to be working with young people all over the world. They both grew up in New England and benefited from attending Christian camps as teenagers. Tim counseled for parts of five summers at Christian camps, including The Wilds of New England, and Rachel served in a variety roles at The Wilds of New England for four summers and several fall camps. In 2016 Tim received his MA in Ministry Studies from Bob Jones University. After he graduated, Tim served young people by working in publishing as an editor of junior high Bible textbooks, while Rachel finished her degree in Christian ministries. Even before they joined CampsAbroad, Tim and Rachel enjoyed ministering to teens in a variety of ways—most recently as the youth leaders at University Baptist Church in Clemson, South Carolina.


Phil and Mila Kamibayashiyama



Phil is half-Japanese and half-Filipino but was born in Chicago. After graduating from Bob Jones University, Phil arrived in the Philippines in 1991. There he met Mila, who had just graduated from BJMBC. They were married in 1993. In 2006, Phil completed his Doctor of Pastoral Theology degree from BJU Seminary in Greenville, SC, USA

​Mila was raised a devoted Catholic in the Philippines. While studying at the University of the Philippines, she saw an entire Bible and heard the gospel for the first time. After being saved, Mila completed a B.S. Social Work degree and a Practical Christian Training degree at BJMBC. While a church worker at Gospel Light Baptist Church, she met Phi

For the last 25 years, God has given the K's a part in proclaiming His truth in SE Asia, especially the Philippines.  They train Asians to reach Asia at Bob Jones Memorial Bible College. 

Phil and Mila seek to make disciples for the Lord Jesus, starting with their four children: Tim, Joy, Mark, and Paul.
